Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
To initiate a return, please email us at [support@elaasa.com] with:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Customized or altered products
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery
Return Approval & Pickup
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to our address
- Products failing quality checks will not be eligible for refund or exchange
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2–3 working days
Important Notes
- Elaasa reserves the right to reject returns if policy conditions are not met
- Colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and lighting
- Decisions made by Elaasa regarding returns and refunds will be final
